The course will be an interesting mix of discussions, exchange of experiences, instructor presentations, group work and concrete cases.
During the course participants will work with their own management challenges, including concrete employee cases.
During the entire process participants work on the same basic model of behavioural psychology.
After each module participants are asked to devise concrete action plans.
